Don't worry. I started with $0 too. I used all the free tools I could find - bots, proxies, accounts (made them myself). I used to follow people manually using Bluestacks and also used Instagress but the ban rate was a little high due to the conflicting IPs. My first month, I spammed manually and made $600.

You will need proxies if you plan to run more than 3 accounts. You can't possibly run 50 accounts on the same IP.

Don't run CPA ads on a stat account that you can't afford to lose. If you really want to, do a shoutout for your CPA account. So people then think you're just a sellout who took money to advertise crap and not someone who's self-advertising crap.
OGads is the best network I've personally worked with. I've worked with them all. OGads is reliable, pays on time and has good offers that convert well. What else could you want?
And yes, Instagress isn't for mass botting. You've got Massplanner and Followliker for it.
