I'm living outside of canada or usa, I find out phone text app is not work out of canada or usa. Someone have other phone text app?

I try to use free vpn to sign up instagram via bluestack but instagram not allow to do it. What is the best proxie or vpn you are using to sign up new account?

When you say they aren't clicking on the link are you talking about the actual clicks on OGAds cause you can't track the clicks on IG? You may be looking at it from the wrong perspective. Look at your impressions first. If you're impressions are high and your clicks as well as CVR is low then your IG is fine but your landing page/content locker needs work. If you aren't getting a lot of impressions and your accounts are optimized in whatever program you're using then you should just change the profile look on your accounts to make them look less spammy. I know for some of the stuff I do whenever I use certain photos I get as many as twice as many people following from those accounts.
 
Great thread - what happens when you dont use proxies on massplanner? and you have 7-10 accounts running? What does Instagram check for before they ban someone (beside overload of actions)?

If they ban 1 of your accounts there is a high possibility that all of the other accounts will be banned as well, that's why people use proxies. It's all about safety.
 
Can someone suggest where are you buying aged accounts from? Is this method still working now? 
 
Where can I verify phone numbers?
I tried textplus but got ban, readed that smspva doesn't work.
Maybe buy sim cards? From Where?
