Are there some advice to increase the page speed. I'm working with Namecheap stellar plan.
    should I choose another plan?
what's the best hosting to choose who will support a high number of traffic?
    Thank you in advance!

    1) Yes, if you're using Wordpress, install Cache plugin, optimize your images, optimize .js, .css and your HTML

    2) To get the best possible speed, you should look for a Dedicated server, this will also handle high number of traffic

Choose a good hosting based on TTFB and latency

    If you are using wordpress:
    1. Choose php version 7+
    2. Disable unused features from plugins
    3. Install cache plugin (WP-rocket is best)
    4. Optimize images
    5. Test speeds using online tools and correct errors

If you want to increase your page speed, get a dedicated server, and optimize your images. If you have videos on the page, it may become even slower, so keep that in mind. There are also some great plugins that could help you speed up your loading time.

What's your current pagespeed and target?

For many sites dropping a few plugins, a good cache and clearing up heavy themes will make a big difference.
But if you've squeezed the code, then it's hardware VPS etc that's going to make the difference.
