You are not experience enough to utilize that money, if you will invest now then most likely you will waste that money too. I will suggest you to invest next 1 month only reading on this forum, after that you will have better idea of where to start.
And yes $350 is a small amount but you can still make profitable website with that investment, i did that, i started my first website with exactly $350, earned $1500 with that and sold it later for $3500.
