Do not order this service. It’s a scam. Ive spent so much money with them and at the end they start playing within your money. I had almost 300$ worth of losses with this platform.

I made 10 orders worth 100$ and none of them delivered for almost a month. After I kept inquiring with them, they said we’ve asked our suppliers to speed up the process. They never ended up delivering the orders.

I have given them a try several times. I’ve spent over 1,000 on this platform but they’ve scammed me for at least a few hundred from that. After they don’t deliver your orders, they also cancel it and won’t refund you for it.

The funny thing is on many orders they’ll say “order is completed” but when you go and check, the order wasn’t delivered. It just says “completed”. You have to double check everything or they’ll snake you. Absolute garbage website. I’m extremely annoyed.

Admin should review this website again and suspend it to teach them a lesson.

Hated to say this but that kind of problem (count doesnt telly) happen on most panel not just smmheaven. You should try ask them first for refund if thing doesnt do well. If u got a case, I think the right thing for you is to provide a screenshot and post it at the shit list forum.

I spend more than 2k+ on this panel, there is time when everything is wrong, order doesnt fill up, dropping etc. I will put a ticket, the support will try to solve it and if not, they will refund it. They are few panel left that has real support on this forum and website.

Had issue with an un-fulfilled order 30 days ago and opened a ticket with them.
Even placed a smaller second order just to verify the specific service doesn't work.

Instead of refunding me they keep stalling me since more than 4 weeks.

Absolutely bad customer relationship management on the verge to scamming.

My advice:

Do yourself a favor and take your money to a different panel!

why do you keep on buying from us all the time? complaining, going away - > coming back and start all over?

I suggest to keep this thread open as it seems you keep ignoring customer refund requests if they don't escalate it to BHW.

I've been very patient and the order value is only $3-4, but my issue as well as @sulkster's post above my post show how you just ignore customers as long as possible.

I honestly think you should be banned from BHW if you don't change the way you treat customer issues for good.

Please tell me how you were ignored?

After spending over 1,000$ with your services over the past year. I have a solid say in my experience! I can’t believe you will belittle a customer with your “threat” status.

My issue is that your services are not legitimate in their timings. I have orders that haven’t been processed for over 3 weeks, some over 2 weeks. A constant problem with ordering with your business. The delivery result is decent, but it takes too much time and you don’t refund your customers for your short comings. You don’t give solid evidence behind your reasoning to why it’s being delayed.

Several times the orders say they are completed by the suppliers and they are not delivered!

The services are not accurate to description and you don’t refill in several cases when there’s a refill option.

After being a loyal customer, despite the short comings - you have not to refund me over $200 for your inconveniences.

If you don’t offer me services anymore, and resolve these issues, I will request for you to get banned from BHW.
