I agree. I have been using multiple smm panel. Smm-heaven has some of the lowest price on market for some services.
But it's to slow. Order not being processed.

I signed up yesterday made 5 order.

Here's what i got:

1/5 order completed.
3/5 order not even started.
1/5 order is still in progress for over 14 hours.

Orders update: After 24 hours the Pending order is still pending (useless, stories are deleted after 24 hours). About those that were Processing one seems to be completed but I didn’t receive the views, and the other one is still processing after more than 12 hours (Note that these one are supposed to be started or delivered in 1 hour). Hope it’s helpful for you all.

Another update: Both Processing ones appear now as complete but they weren't delivered. Also I tried sending the story views (HQ 1H) in three different ways (username only, instagram.com/stories/username, instagram.com/username) and nothing happened. Three orders appear as Complete but none was delivered. I can't recommend this panel for Story Views as the HQ ones are not delivered.

I also want my balance back to PayPal because I can't use my funds in the service I wanted to but, as I read in FAQS, it seems they don't refund if the deposit was made by PayPal.
