Hello, I am very sorry you faced difficulties with your order, i am not sure what you mean when say very poor service, but as already been mentioned for several times in this current thread we are the reseller panel, we do not provide, so when there is an issue and you contact us, we also do our job and contact the original service provider, and sometimes this could take a while,
our policy is written on the main page, that if 5 days pass and order not executed, we will refund , even if the original provider have never refunded to us.
