hello. I have left a message on your site about an order processing. I'm unsure how you guys refill instagram followers. Followers have dropped and refill is 15 so shouldn't you automate this rather than user asking. Also, I have put in another order 2 days ago, please can you advise whether you have a backlog or what. A couple of my orders have been cancelled today, why is this? If orders can't be refilled then let me know and I can go elsewhere, I can't let money sit in your account whilst no order is being fulfilled

R (Refill): R30, R60, R120, R∞. Those are the one you might see on a service name. They define the number of days they have refill on. If an order has dropped, please send a ticketand mention the Order ID. Allow up to 48h for the refill to start.
AR (Auto-Refill): Service will be refilled automatically, no need to send us your order
♻ or Refill button: If service name contains this icon, you have the ability to press the Refill Button on the Order History page. Do not open a ticket for that matter.

ORDER ID 259314 - Previous order (Instagram Followers [8K] [5-8K/D] [R15] INSTANT) my guess is this is refill for 15 days? Order processed 24th, 600 followers dropped and no refill given.

Also, 3 other orders were cancelled please can you tell me why so I can understand for next time:
