sorry - but this service is not very good. have not received the services paid for.... keep canceling orders with excuses (changing limits and rules) but then not following through with new order.... been pending for days now even though its supposed to be instant and purchased right after "new terms" apparently came out. most of my orders end up canceled....

It used to be fast on first days this seller started this topic but now is as you mentioneted.
I've opened some tickets 2 days ago and no solution at all (SoundCloud followers orders dropped and Smm-Heaven didn't refill them).
I've already refund my clients and I think I'll lose the money I invested on it.

Hello, as you may know, we are a RESELLER's panel, meaning that we are selling other providers services, we don't have possibility to refill,refund orders when you ask.
when you join panel you read TERMS OF SERVICE.
after order placed we cannot cancel it.
unfortunately this is reality, and some time it takes forever to get answers from providers, that is why some tickets and cancels or refund could take some time longer, we are sorry for this and working to avoid sitations like this.

I appreciate SMM heaven trying to provide a service for us. But their sources where they get their service from is sketchy and doesn't work. After a week of trying SMM heaven YT views finally came in - but only about 50% of them and 6 hours later they had all dropped (100% drop) the views I purchased were the most expensive that claimed to be 100% real coming from twitter URLs. I appreciate you trying...... and see your efforts. But your sources sucks. maybe find a new source?

you should guarantee the services you're selling as "guaranteed" because I and trustable resellers here refund our clients when they ask for it. I put refill from my wallet to don't lost a client.

more than 3 days asking you to refill some orders and you didn't even answerad me. If you can't refill what you're selling as guaranteed, refund me or stop selling it.

Don't get me wrong, it's just business
