If 100% of your revenue is your friends like you stated in OP and you don't disclose it to the buyer, it can be criminal fraud, my friend. It's called financial statement fraud.

There's no such thing as fast sales starting with no rep and traffic. In my niche it takes 6 to 12 months for you to get any consistent sales.

quality of website is 1st priority. create one with best content with respect to your keywords. hire a writer who is best and of course traffic.
