Website flipping question!

Alright guys I am a noob trying to learn and get into flipping websites and I want to know that can this model will work on flippa?
1:Make a website
2:Make it generate $100 sales per month by family and friends.
3: promote for free and send real organic traffic.
4:After 3 months put it on sale on flippa?
5:Not only website but I will write a good eBook,animated video,logo,graphics as well as social media pages too!
LET ME KNOW IF SHOULD I ADD MORE TO INCREASE ITS VALUE
It will be a dropshipping website with a product niche.

I will do everything like awesome content,advanced looking site as well as domain.
I am a pro website developer I can make those stuff and after 3 months I flip it for $xxxx?
Is this possible?
Is this a good method?
What will be your advice on it?

You'll need to show proof of earnings, not get friends to buy as will stop once you sell it. Grow the site and sell without earnings claim, otherwise you'll get a bad reputation. Don't make claims in your listing you can't back up. Offer a site that has value, don't use nulled themes and make sure you can install for the buyer

I was having doubt that's why I asked if I know that already it's bad thing to do then I wasn't asking here lol.
What are other ways to get sales quickly on the website then?

I have my friends there too and for quick sale I can atleast make them to buy.
Other people gonna buy it too.
For example you have a restaurant so aren't your friends allowed there?
Letting your friends buying from your restaurant is considered as scam?

not to hijack the thread, but what is the multiplier by which you can sell a website for? Some people say it's monthly revenue X 10 but others have told me it's X 25. Which is it? What would this proposed $100/month site be sold for?

And to get back on topic, don't do it OP. @LuckyCharm007 is right, this is straight up scamming and that's not what BHW is about.

Alright cool I will not gonna do it so do anyone know of getting quick sales from anywhere online on a particular niche?
Any tips?
I can do paid but before I make any paid promotion I want to try whatever is free

Depending on the traffic, traffic source, quality of the content posted on the website, revenue source, how long you had the website, how long you've been profiting and the potential the buyer see in your site, it can go up to 40x times your monthly revenue.
