I just opened a Blog and it's already in the Google Index but now I need to get better in SEO.
Do you guys have any tips for me? Maybe some threads I can read, some Tutorials I can watch or just basic advices for my blog.

Yeah, read the forums. Nobody is going to hand feed you how to SEO your blog. Read up and educate yourself, don't be lazy. Laziness will NEVER help you succeed.

Resetup your onpage and make backlinks.

Start with on-site SEO. Proper link structure and content, titles and markup are the basic stuff ( and lots of SEOs get it wrong ).

After you got that nailed down, go after off-site SEO (links, social media, and so on).
