I got duped by the fake account even though I thought I double checked to make sure it was the right account. Highly recommended to make sure that you PM him beforehand to make sure you're dealing with the real deal. Made a purchase through Bitcoin.

Bought this service on 2nd September to test.

Didn't really believe that I can get 450 with spending $90...

So I had my suspicions and the first account he gave me got banned without impressions.

Asked what to do...

Op asked for the details and ran my ad.

It worked.

I was using it to push my client's sales.

He makes around 600-700 dollars for every 500 we used to spent and used to get people on his email list so that they could buy again.

Just wanted to say be careful. The seller was great and have no complaints about that. Some of my keywords are in the greyhat area for Adwords (people still advertise and I have advertised with these in the past without any issues), but when using the Ad + keywords in this account, it didn't pass inspection and account was suspended.

I do want to make clear that the seller warned me in advance that with these keywords the account may be suspended. As it's harder for campaign keywords to pass inspection. Unfortunately these accounts won't work for my niche and wanted to warn people in advance to be careful with greyhat campaigns.

Can you elaborate a bit about grayhat campaign , Niches etc?
