Hello all, first of all let me tell you something about the experience I had buying service offered by @spyguyzz
On 18.09.2018 I just bought an account from him after I have a little chat on PM (http://prntscr.com/l22zba) were he asked me for $97 covering fees and so on. I just gave him my Telegram to test deliver (+10 on communication skills after delivered the account on 22th September).
I need to tell you guys that this account was delivered without a voucher/coupon applied (told me that will apply it later) but with a test campaign that already has a boost on impressions and clicks. Tried to add my campaign since the TEST one had clicks and impressions, clearly asked him on telegram if I can put there with any DAILY AMOUN spend and he replied with YES do it. DID THAT.
On september 23 I couldn't log into my RDP that he delivered the account (mentioning that he delivers the RDP and on that has Opera Browser installed and also a Proxy). He changed that RDP and afterwards I got the first PROBLEM:
YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED FOR CIRCUMVENTING SYSTEMS ... BLA BLA BLA - contacted and he told me that can't offer refund/replace ... ok - so basically = NO GUIDE NO NOTHING DELIVERED AND ALSO I THINK THE ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF THE RDP CHANGING FROM ONE TO ANOTHER BUT HE SAYS NO.
So until 23 September 2018 I paid $97 and got nothing (for those who want to try his service - accounts are not delivered in USD, he delivers only in EUR so you must do the conversions and stuff) - he asked me for another $45 as a discounted second account and I agreed, because I tought is my campaign or something.
I paid for the second on 23 September (http://prntscr.com/l233x7) and agreed to deliver the account in another 3 days - was weekend and so on, I understood ... this time i need to mention that I delivered him a new campaign to send the account ready setup.
On September 30 the RDP was delivered over Telegram chat. Accesed, this time again, RDP had Opera Browser installed, a Holland billing added and everything was in their language, I somehow managed to switch on English (btw when you order this service CLEARLY TELL THE OP TO CHANGE IT IN ENGLISH SINCE THE DELIVERY WILL BE IN OTHER FOREIGN LANGUAGES) and check the account, campaign without any impression or clicks.
Today, after 5 days later account was SUSPENDED DUE THE SUSPICIOUS PAYMENT METHODS. Clearly wasn't my fault - I just checked the campaign over RDP and that was everything.
Improvements to his SERVICE:
- RDP connections on VPS that are more stable than now;
- accounts should be delivered in English language since is a international known language;
- a short guide how to - or what to do on the account - budget settings or things like this since someone pays $97 for a service as a first payment;
- should ask the client what kind of campaign will run and also check "at surface" and tell the customer - you can or you can't run this - or something (because I strongly think that wasn't my campaign since someone else started same campaign with same domain and keywords and the account is running fine today too and is not CIRCUMVENTING);
- should tell more about the accounts like (email, password - things that help customer to link the account or access it to another VPS from Vultr or DO because his RDP aren't good at all).
What I am pleased with:
- he delivers overall in time;
- good communication
HE REFUNDED $45 and tooked $97 for nothing so overall I will not buy from him since I just sent him $97 for nothing ...

i'm sorry for you but i don't give any refunds after account had impressions that's why you lost money in first order

I had the same ad running for a week and all of a sudden it stopped and then shutdown for suspicious payment activities so i fucking pissed away $97. It was a cluster fuck from the start, i got it in German and already 50 euro in ad spend was gone. I don't give a shit if the account has impressions, it takes a few days for G to realize they got scammed and shutdown the account. He clearly states no refunds because he knows very few accounts will survive the entire threshold. Please post up if this has happened to you, it's not the buyers fault the accounts get shutdown for suspicious payment activity and i'm going to have the mods look into this shady shit.

Thats why I stopped creating Adwords accounts and why its better to sell them.
Only some will survive even with a perfect method. Just RDP, is something they can see. "Payments methods" is just something to tell you that you tried to scam them. Next time, use this money to pay ads, and maybe at least you'll make something in return. I've been there so I know how you feel.

Mmmm, I can spend all the money in one day after get the account? Or need to warm up slow?
I have a quick question to people who are using these accounts for their Shopify stores. Are you able to use the same domain name after your account gets banned? I mean does google flag your Shopify domain after you've dumped the account because of the unsuccessful payment?

This seller should definitely lose his jr vip status. Promised delivery time; 3 days. Real delivery time, 13 days and then it took another 4 days until the account worked.
Communication was terrible. Send him what I wanted, he said it was okey, asked him if it was possible and if he had tips, but he said it was good.
-Asked him to lower mobile bids, he didn’t.
-Asked him to exclude keywords, he didn’t.
-Asked for multiple ads, he didn’t.
-Asked for max click cost, he didn’t.
Now the account works and it has the lowest CTR ever, he just picked an ad texts, while I delivered a couple to get the best CTR. 2/3th of the clicks go to mobile, while I wanted to lower mobile bids by 85%. A shit load of clicks go to keywords I wanted to exclude. And the cost per click is insanely high, way higher than the max cost per click I asked for. He totally ruined this ad, impossible to get sales out of it, it’s completely untargeted with way to high cost per click...

Looking at the statistics, i think he has even put in the wrong url... But i cant see anything anymore because his remote pc is low on memory so the browser closed and i can't access the account now.

Something similar here, I sent detailed campaign info to him to create account for me, broad match modifier missed, ad text 2 missed, and a few other settings, but seller ensured he would edit them once ad starts running, and would be willing to take the risk of being banned in case for the edit. Thats a good sign at least.
Good communication with seller so far, can not complain.
Account is now waiting for manual review I think, will update if anything changes.

I see some negative vibes here on the last page from costumers. Honestly, if you spent $250 worth of ads for less than $100, why are you arguing? Go and fuck off to AdWords yourself and spend your money there.
Now, my experience:
I had already 5+ accounts from this seller, it's all working fine. You have to know what you ask for, give him the requirements and he will fill them. He created MY ad every time I ordered. I told him what and how I'd like to advertise and he created the ad, which already got impressions and clicks. I just kept it running until it drains out (gets banned after a few hundred spent, sometimes even thousand). Once you start making changes to the campaigns, you will become suspicious and they will review your account (get you banned) because only an idiot would raise daily budget from pre-set $25 to $250 all of a sudden, or change ads to reflect a completely different website in the same campaign...
We had some problems in the beginning, but seller resolved them in a matter of hours. I am patient enough to let him breathe and do not expect him to respond in a minute, so we went along pretty good.
