Thank god I saw this thread today. I am so pissed at sescout. They have me waiting for a "new update" for really long time. During this time they froze my account, I couldn't add domains/keywords at all!
Just got the lite plan, lets see how it goes.

Works pretty well and at a great price. My only complaint is that you have to login every time you want to check your rankings. Is there anyway to extend the cookie lengths?

Thanks - those were one of the reasons why I made this site in the first place, but others all wanted to use it so i opened it up to the public.

Unable to delete categories in chrome or firefox.

Would be nice if it integrated with Google analytics to see views from specific keywords and showed adwords estimated search volume. Similar to RavenTools rank tracker. Hard for me to drop them to come to this interface with less features...

I was going to ask if the 'Remember Me' function was working for anyone but then I decide to do a quick check to see if it worked with Internet Exploder - and sure enough, it actually appeared to work using IE9. Personally, I prefer to use Chrome and every time I open up serpbook.com using Chrome, I have to login, even if I literally just closed the browser and opened it up again. It's the same with FireFox.

Any chance of making it work for Chrome and FireFox? Many of us don't like IE... the latest figures I saw show IE at just short of 30%.

BTW - great service! I will be upgrading my membership as I add more pages and sites.

I've tested the delete categories in both Chrome & Firefox and it appears to be working for me:

Alternatively, you can click the garbage can icon beside the category on your home page:

However it looks like others are having issues with this so I'll look into this.

When I click the trash can, it reloads but the category is still there.

I click the dropdown delete category, I get the popup like in your screenshot. Then I click Delete, the page reloads and the category is still there.

Out of the probably 20 times I have done it, the category went away once and I was happy. Then I looked at the SERPs of a different category, then went back to the dashboard and the category was back!

was the category empty? I found that you need to delete each keyword then the category and it will go - using latest version of chrome

That worked, I was going to try it but didn't want to delete all 60 keywords.

Next feature request: check boxes for mass deletion of keywords.

So was your category id blank?
