-It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1-2 hours to update. However at the moment it should be around 20 minutes before your keyword updates.

Been using it for a couple of months now. I was one of his first customers. I dumped my sescout service and moved over everything to his service.
The service is cheaper and works just as well if not better than SEScout. The interface isn't as nice as SEScout but it works just as good. If you have used sescout you know the problems they seem to always be having. Haven't really run into those issues yet with this service.
Any issues that do come up lanbo responds quickly to them and fixes it immediately.
Happy with the service and happy to support a BHW member who understands customer service.

I too have been using this service since it first started. I have also known lanbo personally for quite some time now. If there's ever a problem, lanbo will work his ass off to fix it. The few issues that he has occasionally are often resolved very quickly. These prices are affordable and fair. The serp checker works as described and sure, it may not look as fancy as the other competitors, but for anybody who cares about productivity and prices over looks will love this serp checker.

Two things:
1) When we decide to get a larger package, how would we do that without losing our current data tracking? (aka, canceling the current order and ordering the larger package would get us the larger package, but it would be a new account and our previous data would be lost).
2) Minor typos on the site... when you "Click for Analytics:" you get the following:
1 to 9 - XX
11 to 19 - XX
21 to 29 - XX
31 to 39 - XX
(I changed the #s to XX) - but as you can see, uh... what about positions 10, 20, 30... ? The reason I noticed is that one of my sites is exactly position 10 and it is listed (on the 2nd line)... but the categories aren't really right... 1-10, 11-20, 21-30 would make the most sense to me since that lines up with the Google pages.

Hey, fixed that bug for you.
Also, I've added the ability to upgrade your subscription. Click on "Upgrade Your Subscription" on the menu bar. After you upgrade, your old subscription will be refunded for the unused remaining days and cancelled.
