Hello,
I bought this book and here is my first impresions.

Book itself.
I like how it's written/structurized, it's easy on your eyes. I like that it's not wordy, no unnecessary words to make this book 'bigger' just to be bigger with no additional value. Everything is written clearly, with good explanations. There're good number of pictures/diagrams, even small pictures to show some details. I was very surprised by this . Book feels like author really put work in it, to give readers valuable information. Not like some ebooks which are written like 'fast-food", just to sell and nothing for reader to gain.

Guide.
I like that is consistent, not some scattered mix. We start from very beginning one by one acquiring "tools" we need to start, and after that we begin our work. It also says how to 'track' our process and optimize for better performance .
As it is known it requires investment. Author wrote here "You can start with 30-50$ ".

So to be short I liked this book and really not regretting for buying it.

1. and 2. questions. Don't want to answer that. That could maybe reveal something about the method.
3. It's written above that you need ~50$. But you can start and with 20$ I think.
4. I have many things to do now myself, I didn't started it at the moment, so can't tell you for sure, but I think you could get results on the first day.
