I know Bing is very sensitive now... By using my own CC you were clear in your post that it's my problem if I get banned, but in the case of getting banned when I add my CC before using it, would you replace the account with a new one? My USA CC are safe, I use them in google ads without any problem.

Didn’t want to post this here but the seller has been delaying and delaying. I purchased a Bing account. Delivered to with a small delay, but account got suspended even tho used the seller recommended settings and Multi login. Seller offered to replace, but said would take sometime and I understand that Bing is going crazy now. We ended up agreeing that he would replace with a Google Ads account, said he would deliver soon, but the soon has been over a month, I try to talk to him in Skype but has been very unresponsive or says that his “employee forgot” and stuff like that. I really didn’t want to bring this here, but I’m not sure what’s going on anymore. He seemed like a good guy, we were even discussing Bing creation methods, not sure what’s up. So this is my first attempt to solve the issue here, if I not hear back till Friday I’m afraid I’ll have to escalate. I’ll take a refund or the account.
