Hi Andres Sorry for replying soo late but actual I had seen your message on telegram about 2 weeks earlier(regarding Bing ads) but I was in middle of the some important work at that moment and due to other life events it got completely sidetracked from my mind, and I thought hard about buying a Bing ads account since yesterday and I have finally decided that even though it is not illegal at all to buy any kind of adwords account but I personally have a feeling that it is probably some kind of a big violation of there terms of service call me a bit paranoid if you will,but I would personally be only using other adwords like Facebook and Google ads but this time upholding their almighty policies very religiously and plus there are certain restrictions in my country to transfer any kind of money aboard but I genuinely appreciate your follow up message on telegram and I am very very sorry for not responding to you earlier I am messaging you here cause my telegram has been glitching very badly since today morning. I really hope you understand my decision and have a amazing day !

I bought a FB profile with Business manager from him specifically for black friday last year. It was an emergency as mine got falsely banned.
Shortly after getting the account, I got logged out and FB requested ID copy, which took a while to get from the owner of the account. After a lot of follow up from my side it turned out the owner didn't reply to him and he needed to organize a new account (at first he said he would have some warmed up backups ready, which wasn't the case it seems) and warm it up, so I missed Black Friday/Cyber Monday completely.
Even though that really annoyed me as I wouldn't have bought an account in the first place if I had known that we agreed he would fix the account and give me a second one to make up for this instead of a refund or partial refund and I agreed to that.
After a lot of pushing from my side, I finally got the second account (well after black friday), but the first one was never fixed. On top of that, I also got logged out from that second account and could again not access Facebook. He said that other guy had changed FB password and had lost also the one from his email, so he couldn't reset it.
After almost a month I figured out that the owner of the FB profile had taken control over our Facebook page and changed everything on it, so obviously it wasn't true that he didn't have access. After I took this up with him he managed to get me the access back, however, still no trace of that second Facebook profile we had agreed on.
Every single time I followed up about that second profile he came up with an excuse like "Sorry, I had this happening, sorry, I had that happening, but I am already preparing the account and you will get it next week". He literally said that 30 times at least since we had agreed on this second account, which happened last year shortly after black friday.
I'm a hustler and I worked every waking hour in the last 4 years, so I don't have time to waste on stupid things like that and I lost at least 30 hours of my life running after this guy. I had given him the benefit of the doubt and tried to stay patient, but now I realize he never intented to stay true to his word and was hoping I would give up following up at some point.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! One bonus tip: Instead of buying an account, better farm your own. You can find guides on this online. It's way more straightforward than ruining your health with people like this + you keep 100% control over it and don't need to rely on anyone else ever.

Hello everyone, I am sorry to hear about the few dissatisfied customers, I hit a rough spot in life and had trouble staying online
I am now a lot better physically and emotionally and will resume with the business as soon as I make sure every single current and past client has no pending issues.

I will write an update once and if the matter will be resolved. Nothing happened so far and on top, I'm no longer able to even access that previous profile and business manager (haven't been for the last two weeks) and no reaction in Skype either. Constant headaches.

Not only is he unresponsive on all messaging platforms but gave false promises. This guy is definitely a SCAM. So let me save you guys the time and tell you DO NOT purchase accounts from him as you will be putting in more work and headaches dealing with Andres / Premium Ads. You will receive excuse after excuse with no response until 3 days or more later.

Hey, contacted the seller on 9/8 to submit 2 factor authentication info to FB, so far no response. The response time when I ordered from him wasn't that bad, it took about 2 weeks to get the account. The account itself seems legit but the response times could be a lot better. Maybe hiring someone on onlinejobs.ph or something for customer support could drastically improve your service because at the moment I am currently using another provider for FB accounts
Update: The OP fixed some of the issues, but there were few things left to do (he knows what I am talking about). He told me around the end of July that he would fix the last problems but that didn't happen.
In the thread he stated he got hit with Covid, but in Telegram he told me something else... so overall I have been dealing with him back and forth since April/May this year to fix various issues and his timing is way off schedule, although the accounts are pretty good.
If you rely on him to top up the accounts, the delays might put you out of business.
The last 1-2 pages of reviews speak enough about the current quality of the service being offered.
I have nothing else to add. Judge for yourself.

Still nothing being done. Only empty promises as usual. "I have the account", "it's ready", "will share it soon" and when you ask where it is: excuses after excuses. Same thing for almost a year now.

I am very well aware service was subpar for the last couple of months, this is the first time this has happened in the almost 5 years I've been a provider and I am also very aware that having a bad moment sticks a lot more than working well for years, I do not expect clientel to come back booming right away, but I am fixing everything, even if it was slowly at first.
If anyone cares I had a ton of personal issues, I went through depression, I could not get out of bed for a while, then I had issues with my Skype which I am still working on (hence why I migrated everything to Telegram for the time being) apart of that I had times where I could not be on my usual office and internet was bad adding to it getting COVID a while ago, by the time I was out of everything that was hindering business there was a huge snowball of things needing to be fixed but I have certainty I can return to the level of professionalism I used to provide before. I am not trying to make excuses, just wanted to clear things up as I value my reputation a lot. I understand many would-be clients have migrated to other providers as of course their business comes first, but if anyone wants to hit me up, I'll be sure to show the quality of my services in these coming months. I will also try to make it up to anyone that had to wait a long time to get what they paid for, I'll have to work hard to have this page of issues get lost within new pages of stellar reviews.

We (GlobalGoods) have not had our issues resolved despite waiting for months and going through the multiple channels (Skype, then Telegram) requested by Andres. Our business has suffered as a result and we've had a similar experience to everyone else in this thread.
We're sorry to hear about the personal issues, but refunds need to be issued in a reasonable amount of time if you can't deliver. We were hoping to do more business with PremiumAds but they've made that impossible. We're now waiting on a refund after buying 2 US Ads accounts in May, following up regularly requesting regular maintenance on our existing accounts, all of which has never been delivered.

So we'll just have to provide extra-good service for new reviews to come in to show the issues of the past are just a bad memory!
We're also back on Skype (even managed to get rid of a scammer pretending to be us) so feel free to contact us through all our channels!
We're not going anywhere and will stay BHW's longest selling account provider
