Ordered a custom project from Ade on Dec 6th. The turnaround time on the website says 7 business days. After Ade failed to deliver the project, we agreed he would either deliver the project by the 24th or provide a refund. I haven't heard from him since. I'm very disappointed he's still bumping his thread yet he hasn't replied to me on Telegram (it shows he has been active recently).

I wouldn't recommend this seller due to his disappointing communication skills. I've had to resort to opening a Paypal dispute. Hopefully this can be resolved, otherwise I will have to launch a SL thread.

It’s settled.

He could have atleast try another means of reaching out before blowing out on the BST.

A post requesting for an update on BST, PM on BHW, Support Email or Maybe Skype . The message on telegram got buried and maybe a bump could have been helpful as well in resolving the issue and properly get looked into.

I accept it’s all my fault and got it fixed.
