I took faisalmaximus up on the offer to optimise one of my sites. It gets around 1K hits a day to 5K on a very good day. I have noticed it being slow from times to time and put this down to shared hosting, but have been told by my hosting company its fine and can handle 5K hits a day easy.
TAT took around 3-5 Days communication was good overall.

When I first logged in, I did notice a few new plugins, Hummingbird and WP Performace booster, they have really helped with the website speed overall performance, to be honest i am happy with the service and will recommend it to people even at $60 who don't have the time or effort to do the works. I kinda do feel like they just installed a bunch of plugins and set them up I do hope they did a lot more than that. If they did anything on the back end such as code work I have no idea as I don't have experience on this side of things.
In essence, if you need your website speeding up spend the cash $30 its worth it!
