Brought back the account creator. Very basic at the moment - no verify and not much error handling - but the core is there.

Testing out the Instagram account creator using public proxy lists. Very easy to load up 100's of proxies and see which work..

The next few updates will include email + phone verification and captcha support, at which point the creator may became a paid tool instead of free with GSupremacy.
