Run AddMeFast on a VPS and collect points.... Later when you get a conversion, offer 100 followers. This is one way to do it. Depends on what you're offering.

You don't give them anything. You basically scam them. They install the app, you get the money and that's it. Of course you could say that it is immoral but I don't really care because the people don't loose any money. It's just 3 minutes of their time and I profit of it.
