$2 for Offer or app install ? I think Ogads are shaving the past few days everyone is complaining about low cvr and non counted app installs

I'm glad it's not just me..

I was making some changes on my landing pages the past few days and my CVR went from a solid 27% to 9%... I rolled back all the changes I made and have seen no improvements.

Well at least it's not something I did...
