And don't we need to use proxy when we are using Instagress? Does it provide us with proxy by itself?
 
Yes! I had 17 accounts all disabled yesterday, and all were also using dev-null.ga emails. Hadn't figured out what was in common with them all until your post, so thanks.

Doesn't Instagram care about proxy IP being from a different country and a phone number being from a different country?

If it does, how do you deal with this issue?

So I found this niche that is not saturated and I started testing it out with one account. I followed about 400 people and got only 2 clicks and one conversion (0.25$). Should I keep going with this niche?

Yes. Try to improve your account's username/name/bio in order to get more clicks. You can also improve your landing page and locker. All those things matter and you can see a significant difference if you do it well.

I once saw an increase of 5% in my CVR after improving my locker. But before that I also did another test which was awful. It went like this:

Normal CVR: 25%-30%
After 1st test to try to improve my locker: <25%
After 2nd test to try to improve my locker: >30%
