As long as you use Web2.0s with your links, you won't get banned. I literally started this method from scratch in December just to check if it was still working like I described in my OP and managed $400 with 15 accounts.I just wanted to share my experience with this method. I've been doing this for 2 months now, and I'm finally starting to see encouraging results.
This is not as easy as it sound, since you have to find a good proxies provider, good IG accounts provider, a working method to phone verify those accounts, and most importantly, good niches.
Then you have to invest in those proxies, accounts, domain names, hosting, MassPlanner (or FollowLiker), and VPS.
I spent the first month facing a lot of bans, and I lost more money than I earned. Then things settled down for a few weeks. Now I still get the occasional ban waves. I lost 15 accounts yesterday, when nothing linked them together. Different proxies, different bios, different links, different prelanders, different phone numbers...
My earnings are for 35 accounts running for 2 different niches. I will increase that number to 50 accounts for those 2 niches, but I will have to find new niches after that.

Instagram has spam filters which check your LP.
Pretty sure BHW has more than 100k members. 750K last I checked.Perhaps this is what happens when you share a method on a 100k users forum. Usually when I check random users they have like 30-50 fake free followers bot accs following them. 15 is low

Your targeting is bad is all I can tell. I get $1+/account. In my prime, I was getting $5/account.
It would've been copied when you ripped the LP. But you need to edit the onClick and insert your locker. If you ripped your own OGads LP then you have nothing to worry about, your locker link is already in the LP.
Obviously man, I don't get banned anymore. I haven't been banned in over 6 months. And I'm following exactly what I've written in my OP. And when I read about people getting bans in here, I sometimes wonder if they even know how to read anymore.
I personally get about $0.20-0.30 per account. But my targeting is highly scale able. I could have 1,000 or 2,000 accounts and still not run out of targets. With that being said, yeah I'm managing more accounts but the earnings will follow

Can't talk about the products I sell except that I have high profit margins on them and it's a general audience. A very broad audience. I didn't spend much time looking for niches or my store's name. I simply went to Amazon and Aliexpress' bestsellers and saw what people were buying.
I'm doing paid ads and Instagram. Only $1600 or so out of the $21K is through Instagram, the rest through Facebook Ads. But the amount made through IG in a month is still impressive considering I was running only one account on Massplanner promoting my store.
