LP`s are currently on maintenance right now. Mine is days ago and still not approved. We just wait for them and Ben said there are new LP`s to come. So be patient.

I just wanted to share my experience with this method. I've been doing this for 2 months now, and I'm finally starting to see encouraging results.
This is not as easy as it sound, since you have to find a good proxies provider, good IG accounts provider, a working method to phone verify those accounts, and most importantly, good niches.
Then you have to invest in those proxies, accounts, domain names, hosting, MassPlanner (or FollowLiker), and VPS.
I spent the first month facing a lot of bans, and I lost more money than I earned. Then things settled down for a few weeks. Now I still get the occasional ban waves. I lost 15 accounts yesterday, when nothing linked them together. Different proxies, different bios, different links, different prelanders, different phone numbers...
My earnings are for 35 accounts running for 2 different niches. I will increase that number to 50 accounts for those 2 niches, but I will have to find new niches after that.
In case you're wondering, I'm using custom landing pages.

I've created a locker and it has a url like www.hostedfiles.net/cl.php?id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Can I just use a URL Redirect on it - like just putting a domain on it. For e.g - "www.freeofferdomain.xyz" will go to "www.hostedfiles.net/cl.php?id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
So I don't have to scrape landing page and host it?

do you link direct to your custom landing pages or do you use a "buffersite" like from instagram--->web2.0---->landing page ?

That can be caused by many factors, such as bad domains, bad phone numbers, etc. Are you getting PVA as soon as you add a domain to an account? If not, try using a real number as your phone number and see if it works.
