It's already explained in this thread. It don't have to be necessarily NON-PVA, but since you have a 100% change to get a PV when you are using the accounts, it's a waist of money to buy PVA.

Can someone clarify the 1 domain per account topic.
Is this 1 Landing page hosted on my hosting under 1 domain I own URL shortened multiple times?
Or is this 1 Landing page hosted on my hosting under 1 domain I own URL shortened ONCE per account & then repeat process for each account?

The 1 domain per account is to leave less of a footprint. If you use 1 domain for multiple accounts and that domain gets flagged, then probably all the accounts with that link in de bio will be banned. Also OP suggested to make the landing page a web 2.0. If it gets flagged, you can just drop it and create a new one. If you use your own domain for landing page (which is possible ofcourse) and it get's flagged, you need to register a new domain.
The shortened url's are for statistics purposes.

First stop the following. Then cut and paste IG username again and click verify button again. Then start following and red mark will disepere after 1 -2 min later.

Semi dedicated proxy can cause a problem. So better to go with dedicated proxies.
