SMSPVA is blacklisted according to a few others who've attempted to run this kind of verification process. Also, depending where you get your proxies you have to remember most people who try to get cheaper proxies for it being Semi-Dedicated isn't the smartest because you're risking it entirely that the other user(s) don't use the same strategy or need for the proxy as you. If you both or more are using the proxies for IG accounts, you're going to get flagged sooner or later.
In my case, I use completely private proxies and with one proxy I have one FB account, Two youtube accounts and now coming soon an IG account for each proxy. So it gives me more bang for my buck while not having to worry once I expand.
You should avoid it, sounds really unnecessarily risky when it's just a dollar.
