You can use GMT2 if you can't afford jarvee
 
Hi， I use FL to run the Instagram accounts,in these days it usually temporary stopped with following process, even I try to warm the one year old accounts, the settings is 5-10 follow max per day
 
When was Mass Planer shouted down? Wow this is ridiculous, Instagram is taking this thing so seriously.

Yep. You have to use pre-lander page. Buy a domain (or use free wordpress, blogger etc) and create a page, add an image with "Click Here To Continue" text. Redirect it to offer. It will work fine.
