Cloaker and prelander have the same function(keep you accounts safe and from linking with each other)
In my experience building prelanders on blogger has worked out the best. No problems with them.
When you use a prelander, you'll lose some traffic. Lets say 100 clicks on your bio link. You'll prob get around 20-40% (depending on how convincing your prelander is) of that traffic going trough to your cpa landing page.
Using a cloaker can turn out to be easier and in some cases safer (if you dont know what you're doing with prelanders). But using a prelander can have the benefits of boosting your conversions, but it depends on your persuasion skills at that point.
If you're using cloaker just redirect your unsafe traffic to any top authority link like forbes,wikipedia, etc. Use different link in every bio.
