Try through some FB ads, targeting people with those interests and that live in your desired markets. Also, you could join some FB groups or some other online discussions and there you can connect with your target group. Email marketing is a good idea as well but not in this phase, for that you would first need to have their email address which you could collect through forms and Newsletters. Try this approach first, and see how it's going.

I will consider to do a native traffic in real estate website , or any kind of similar website , however also there is some free option to get high quality lead , in different aea for example forums , and closed group witht the specefic audiance that should do the work without spending alot.
Any idea how can i find that forums? Or groups?
