1.Mmm When I finish the site , just send the sitemap, sometimes if I have a new article sent it individually.
2.I have use the disavow once but hurted me instead of help me, anyways I thought that the algorithm doesnt punish domain with spamy backlinks anymore, just ignore them. Is this still like that?
Why?? What do you think I am doing wrong?

I see, but it would be again another thing from the begginig, prefer to stay with websites at the moment

if google thinks you are doing seo, it will hurt you. using that indexing feature and/or disavow tool are both big red flags that you are doing seo. stop using disavow tool. and don't use that indexing feature on a regular basis. once in a while it is ok.
for real sites, authors do not have access to google webmaster tools. they just publish and their posts gets indexed by itself. that is where you need to get to.

So are you saying that google developed and give you tools to improve seo in your websites, but at the same time, they are a trap to see who is trying to manipulate the serps?
I dont doubt it, knowing google...., but isnt it a little bit weird that they actually advice in their guideline to use those tools then??
