Hello from Spain! - Any Advice????

I just wanted to introduce myself, although I have been register for few month I havent done it yet, but Im forcing my self to post here everyday from now on, so I can get to the 100 post and enter in the premium club! :D

So yeah my name is Jose, I live in Spain and I have been leaning SEO since end of 2020.

Still havent got the results I expected , so I am here to learn little bit more how to outsmart our friend google! jeje

So far I have been doing amazon associate/affiliate, did my last website last week and I am going to just to monetize with adsense, as amazon seems not to work as before anymore.

➡️Any advice regarding that ??

If you were to start from the beggining with the knowledge you have now, what would you do??

deep competitive analysis! I would figure out what is it about the competitor that makes them rank #1 for my primary keyword. how are they answering user intention. how are they using the keyword across different tags, like H tags, description, title, etc.

I would focus on powerful backlinks and don't waste my time on shitty backlinks.
 
Hey @josefigueroa welcome to BHW!
My advice will be to start doing the things you learn so that you can start having results on what works and what doesn't.
Not necessarily what works for you works for others so you need to build your own understanding and you only do that by practising the things you learn.
Once you gathered enough knowledge get started!

I see Ill try, I just dont know what is the best technic now! its like before the backlinks were really usefull and today not that much, or thats what is seems.

I have been doing that from the begginig, ajaajaj and google in each update push me down! jajaj

Thanks, I wish I could absorb all the knowledge quicker, there are so manhy technics and methods that I couldnt try all of them in my whole life, but Ill try to.

Backlinks Still Works and will Always works

Quality Backlinks

Here many people Share there Methods , Google Updates, etc

Read them and Test them

Only Reading , Wont Help you

I would recommend you going the journeys forum here and start reading them thoroughly.

For example you can start with @Bloooop journey, this one is really inspiring.

There are many others but I cannot recall their usernames right now

Also, I guess you are following Romuald Fons and so on and the site you have is in Spanish. I would suggest going for english language since the money you get from placing ads in your site is way higher.

Yes I started with romuald actually, now I follow more to different people but yeah, he was my introduction to the websites world, and learn a lot from him a the beggining.

Mmmm yeah I have thought about it, just, it seems much more difficult to positionate, lots of competitors with lots of money and resources. I actually have 6 sites in english, just 2 have given me some money so far, and not even that much.

But yeah I probably try to have my niches in both languages from now on so I can receive the money from both sides.

out of curiosity:
1. how many times per week, do you go to your google search console and request indexing?
2. you using disavow tool?
