Hey guys, been in the business of media buying for over a year now and still didnt had my "jackpot" or "winner" yet. Always starts good and then slows down.
Did anyone had similar experience and did anybody overcome it? Any tips would be useful. Im doing greyish and white things now (also did black). I covered FB and Native.

Yep, I’ve seen that happen a lot. Even experienced buyers hit that wall. The key is to test more systematically, kill losing campaigns fast, and scale what keeps performing. Consistency usually beats chasing a single jackpot.

early traction usually comes from novelty, then the real test is lead quality and follow up, not just traffic

Totally normal. Early spikes fade because the platform “learns” your ads fast. The real wins usually come from small, boring optimizations done repeatedly, not one magic campaign.

What kind of optimization should be done, by your opinion?

I have example:
Creative 1 - amazing performance for the 4 days, then 2 days in a row very bad. Is this red signal or should i leave it for little more?

2 days is alot, the first few hours are critical, this could be a boiling point in a campaign.

Seen this a lot - early pop then decay is normal esp on FB + Native. Creative popping 3-4 days then dying usually means audience saturation or algo found the cheap junk pockets first,

not real buyers - if day 2 is trash and CTR dropped hard I either rotate angle immediately or duplicate to fresh adset with tighter geo + device + time filters.

Lead quality is usually the real bottleneck tho - tracking post-lead events + scoring leads will tell you fast if traffic is trash or follow-up is leaking money, most buyers never wire that part properly.

completely normal early performance spikes often drop as the platform quickly adapts. long term results come from consistent, small optimizations, not one standout campaign.

Also, trying as many ad sets as possible on a low budget is not always key.

Sometimes I use to face same problems but that’s pretty normal. Early wins often come from easy traffic, but once it dries up, lead quality drops. Usually it’s not just traffic, it’s targeting, pre-qualification, and follow-up.
