Best way to recruit an OF/Webcam Model

I'm looking to recruit an OF/Webcam model. Those who have experience in the field, what is the best way in your opinion?

I have an agency page with posts, likes, videos and followers (fake) on Instagram and an agency website as well. I tried to do Paid Ads with a small budget on IG for Ukraine and Romania but the quality was awful. I'm in many TG groups for OFM and people say that I need to spend around 300-500$ for a decent model on IG.

I am also aware of Model Marketplaces on tg which is relatively the same price to get a model compared to paid ads. Mass dms on the other hand seems tedious and not really effective considering how many dms these girls get in a day and lastly I find someone who talks about Cold Email Marketing for recruitment which I believe might be more suitable for big agencies who are already working with models with experience. Because I don't think many OF girls would give their email if they don't have high number of followers or experience in the industry so they wouldn't really work with %99 of agencies.


So what do you guys think would be the best approach to this issue? Feel free to drop them :)

To be honest ,2 ways first way is to increase your budget in IG and mass DM if you are good in convincing people with the offers you have its a best option if you dont want to deal with any headache go for some Legit TG Group ,many private groups don't accept new people as none wants competition or lose their earning but there are people who help contract but bit expensive

What would be the ideal budget for ads in your opinion?

If the cost to get a single decent model would be significantly lower than marketplaces or other alternatives, it makes sense to go with ads but I talked with some people and while some of them said 300$ others said 700$ to get one model on IG so there is a big price gap.

If that’s the case, then it seems like TG groups sounds more reasonable because price is similar there even there are models for 250$ and models are already convinced to work with you so you don't need to convince them and you can see all of the details. Only downside is they can quit and you would lost the money.

Possible, but remember not to include words like OF, On**Fans, URLs, explain your requirements clearly without adult words or images, and Instagram and Facebook are the best places to scrap models, whether they're regular or adult.

What would your email source be? Scraping profiles? If your email database is high quality, you may get good results with cold emailing.
 
IG ADS and MASS DM does the job you just need to test more with a good budget

There were some websites that helps you find OF profiles. I tried to find new models and subscribe their free account and messaged them. I probably messaged about 300 girls manually. It was a really tedious process. Some of them replied but no one converted. I didn't have the agency website and my IG page wasn't focused on OF and rather social media management services at that time though so maybe that was the reason.
 
Create a professional Model acceptance page and make it appear as if some people on forums are submitting fake applications.
With one week of intensive work, you can find hundreds.

Yeah, most likely. Cuz I saw a message from the guy (a couple of days ago) who did the same (messaged girls on OF directly) and signed up a model after a couple of tries.
 
You'll find a truck load of them on reddit. There are multiple subs where OF models are lurking/networking.
 
Go to escort directories and talk to the ladies.
 
Check sugar daddy apps, there are lots of normal girls looking for money, even better for them if it's everything online

IG ads rarely bring serious models, mostly time-wasters.

The best way to Hire an onlyfans model is in your community. Worked for me, worked for Amouranth's Husband also.

best approach is networking in niche TG groups and marketplaces where models already hang out. paid ads can work if your budget is high enough and targeting is sharp, but personal outreach and referrals usually get better quality leads.
 
If you have some Meta marketing background, paid ads can deliver crazy results, if not, model marketplaces can do the job too, but be fast with them, and don't trust every marketplace you see
