How are you guys growing the accounts? The way OP suggested isn't working for me. My accounts didn't get banned, but after some follows i can't follow anyone else. Seems like IG is limiting how much i can follow each day.

Yes they do.
you have to test the limits and don't just start with the biggest limit. Start slow then increase your follows every day
