Looking into this method and was curious if anyone has outlined any "best" practices I see that non legit emails for acct. creation were part of a ban wave. I have a healthy stock of verified gmails so that wont be an issue... Has anyone had issues/bans because of massplanner (normal use not crazy abuse)? Last question what are good metrics or numbers for follow/likes per day with out raising flags.

1 )No MP (and FL) are safe. Proper automation shouldn't ban you, unless your proxies fail or something.
2) Well not sure how great mine are, but I currently max 600follow/day( I don't do likes). Some do 700 and I've even heard a few claim to be good at 1000follow/day. For now I'm playing it safe; planning to get a few accs soon to test the limits and see for myself. Also remember that acc age might be a determining factor.
There is a free Amazon VPS - 1year. Should be enough for 50-60 actually.

Thank you very much for your insight DemiGod, for the time being 600 follows/day seems like very healthy growth and ill shoot in that direction
any particular reason not to do likes or is it just not worth the time/effort?
Just as a bench mark do you mind sharing your follower gain per month (understanding growth can be related to many variables)

yeah, if you mean by saying "domain" is the weebly pre-lander domain, then yes you should use one weebly domain for each acc
But if you mean the landing with conent locker, then no you shouldn't. What matters is the weebly domain in your bio, this's what must be unique

Not really - I just never bothered to focus on using the like tool. For the first few days, I might use it in the warm up phase, but that's about it.
Whoaa. Lol sorry if I came across as a 'veteran', but I'm quite new to this myself too. My oldest account is sitting at 1.5wks old with 3916 followers.
Been just testing around with this in my spare time, as with school, time is very limited.
Made 5accs to get the feelings of things and after tweaking around, my method now brings me $1/acc.
Just a matter of scaling up now if I feel like and when I get the time .
Not sure why everyone is saying it's dead.. .

I think its normal because you are only using 2 accounts...
im doing manual for now on my 10 accounts...

You do manual you mean without a bot? And how do you use proxies, or do you use the accounts from the same IP

I have 2 accounts on my pc 3 accounts each on 2 androids and 2 on 1 tablet each device has different sims.
the accounts are new so im taking precautions.
slowly but surely this is way i do it, im really not in a rush.
until i decided on my niche i will then bot it.
