Why not test by yourself ? As i said, use 1 fresh acc to test to know what the main thing IG care about? Just want you to know i have more than 20 fresh acc follow straght 1400 a day without ban.

So, I downloaded BlueStacks and created an account. Then, I changed my IP and used tweaker to change the remaining settings. But, I'm still logged in the Instagram account in my BlueStacks. How to completely reset data and settings in BlueStacks? I mean if it stores cookies or something, I will be out in a matter of seconds.

Clear data of the App before using Tweaker. If you clear App Data, the accounts are deleted from the apps.
Settings > App name > Clear data, clear cache.

I set up https://codecanyon.net/item/vtgram-instagram-tool-for-marketing/18101205on my localhost yesterday to test it out. It offers many of the same features as instagress inlcuding adding multiple accounts and auto like/follow. However, it doesn't seem to allow for proxy servers. What do you think about using a virtual server with a dedicated IP address with this software on it? I still don't understand how Instagress can run all your accounts "safely" while sending out all API requests from their software.

You're going to need proxies. Instagress uses proxies. If you set this up on one ip and add multiple accounts, you're gonna have a bad time.

Dont give up! Just change your way of thinking and make more tests! Use different Proxy Providers, different Account Providers etc. I invest 5$ daily into IG testing just as an example. Go with whatever you are comfortable with. But there is people out there who profit, so can you!

I just verified another 16 accounts via my previous method, it seems to be working now but based on what I read, I suppose it could change.

*they're aged around 6 weeks so you may want to age them a little longer.

Um, Ive read the whole thread twice. SO, do I get twice the amount of accounts you are giving?! Lol
Also, are they set with proxies and number to PVA with? Also, do they come with LP's and OGads accounts tied to them? And, then, can I just give you my account number to deposit in to for me?
