If you follow 100 people you should get at least 7-15 ppl following back. Try to not use lady gagga and those bigger artists accs. Use some artists but with 1-3m followers.

You need to follow 2k-5k daily to see some clicks in your dashboard.

If you work everyday you will get clicks from ppl that you followed yesterday and 2 days ago and few hrs ago. I think it's normal yes

The reason why people aren't following you back or reacting to your bio link is because:

- Like many other IG spammers, you are following the followers of top celebrities because you think you can only get volume from those type of accounts only.

- If the followers of those big accounts see in their notifications "freefollowers1, get.free.followers, Free_followers etc. etc. followed you" they easily identify it as spam and ignore.

This happens as a result of, you and other IG spammers alike are targeting the same follow source. I hope you get it.

Think outside of the box, do rigorous research before choosing your target follow source. And see your clicks and earnings begin to roll in.
