Dude. If you're still following exactly what the OP does I think you're gonna have a hard time. You're gonna keep getting banned and get paid so little it's not worth the effort. Think out of the box man. You can still make the bank with insta. Im making decent money and im 100% SURE the smart people out there are making 10X more.

What he means is that you have to make your own twists. The method itself is spoonfed already. Get out there and start testing. The method is not dead is working excellent. After some testings I found a goldmine 40% conversion rate. Create your own landing pages work out your targeting and see what is working fix your mistakes and you'll have something.

Just stay away from the obvious BH niches like hacks and cracks and shit, (that is why you're getting banned) instead of redirecting to a CPA offer first try to capture their emails first so you have them on a list, there are so many ways to convert social media traffic into sales....
