Can i get banned because i have in bio or in prelander words like FREEE? I know it must be unique on each acc.

No you will not be banned if you have words like free in your bio or pre-lander

I noticed many people have really fancy looking landing pages that visually show extra IG followers you would get or fancy giveaway pages etc. Basically a lot of effort put into CSS. Is that the part we have to figure out ourselves or does that come from the ad provider?
