Bro i'm no instagram expert but i'm using 6 month old accounts too, and i'm following 1k users a day for 4 days now and not a single ban , i think 350 is way too low IMO.

ok cheers bud, did you go right in at 1k or build them up slowly, my accounts currently have under 50 follows so far.
I started with 700-1.2k righ away bro , i'm not saying it's safe for sure but for me it's been working so far on 7 accounts for 4-5 days. i do 200-400 likes a day too.
also i didn't add links to my bio yet, which makes me think that's what triggers bans/Phone verifications..
also i posted some pics on the accounts and i didn't get any problems.i'm using one proxy/account btw.

You need to use prelanders because the instabot will travel from your profile to your website uninterrupted and see the blocker code and ban the shit outta ya.
IG --- instabot --> WEBSITE (sees ya code, bad)
To stop this you need a web 2 with a simple button which the user needs to press to be directed to your website/blocker, the instabot can't press this button.
IG --- instabot --> WEB2 (doesn't see ya code or any other way out so, fucks off home) --> WEBSITE

Got the proxies from BuyProxies and aged IG accounts, but one of my (10) accounts has the infamous PVA phone verification loop. Tried with multiple numbers. I assume there's no quick fix for that?

Yes once you upload the downloaded html file to your domain the tracker will automatically work, test it out just click one of the offers and see if it registers in the ogads dash.

1. About the IG accounts. I'm going for the method of creating my own accounts. Does the 7 day "rule" apply for newly created accounts since day 1? For example, i create an account and i immediately start with the 7 days rule.
7 days rule as this:
Day 1 - 50 likes max
Day2 - Rest
Day 3 - 50 follows
Day 4 - Profile the account and add links
Day 5 - 300-350 follows
Day 6 - 400-450
Day 7 - 450-500
Or do i need to wait at least a week after i create them to start with the 7 days rule?

No? Purely just a coincidence these bots come to visit after updating bio URL? Double check your facts before shit talking without a clue in the world.
@mnunes532 - They use the same infrastructure as FB to crawl your URL/follow all redirects, etc. that's why most of you are seeing blocks when directing linking to OG URLs/LP's, and even sometimes if the content on your own page is dirty. You don't need a web2.0 if content on your end location is clean.
