Hey hey!

As you know, I freaking love serpbook but I have some concerns about the data there.

The rankings are fine and dandy, fairly accurate as far as I know.. But the backlinks and search data, where does this come from?

Recently the search data has been extremely off, I have 70k keywords which show 500 in serpbook, others with 6k that show 700 and all kinds of mysterious numbers. Any chance you could get this fixed up?

The same goes for backlinks, I have campaigns of the same site for various keywords and for one keyword (same url) it shows 300 backlinks and for another keyword 700, what is going on?

Hi there, Google recently updated their Google Keyword Tool to the Google Keyword Planner which may have caused a few search term discrepancies. We have sent you a PM to request more details.

Users now have the ability to add in a custom note and have it plotted on the graph.

Notes added in will appear throughout all the keywords in your category.

I'm really glad you incorporated the notes the way you did. I haven't tested them out myself but that screenshot looks awesome!

I have a question (or feature request - not sure if it is already added):
Is there any way that we can get a "last updated" column (SerpFox has this column by default). This is the date/time that the system last checked the keyword position. Do I just need to enable it or has it not yet been incorporated?

Hey, we're glad you like the notes - we will be adding more features onto the notes in the future.

At the moment you can find your "Last Updated" time at the bottom of each category:

We used to have a column with the "Last Updated" time, however we found that it took up too much room. Updates are processed by accounts/category, so all the keywords in a category will have the same update time.

I'm using a trial account. SerpBook is good.

I want to track my keywords in USA. Could you tell me how to edit the search location to USA? The pop-up when editing a keyword has Search Location (optional), but I see we can type anything!

Hi there, first of all it looks like this is your first post, so welcome to BHW (and SerpBook)!

You can enter anything you want in the search location field, we would recommend you enter in a ZIP Code or Postal Code for best results.
