I been using serpbook for a while now, overall its great, but a few months ago all my data disappeared, I submitted support request and a few hours later it was resolved. They emailed me explaining that they were doing updates. As of last night my data (all categories, keywords) are gone again. I submitted support request last night and this morning via email and ticketing system. I still have not received any response and have no data in my account. I am worried I have now lost everything.
I hope this issue will be resolved. Can I also get a lifetime coupon? Thank you

Hello....
I have a problem..i came here after using serpfox...in serpfox i have noticed a buy ,.here also i noticed that..some keywords i noticed it marked low .. Example it was 100 and now its went down to 220 but even check i manual it still on 100 ....
can you please clarify what is this ... my one of site still on 3rd page and serpbook says its on 229 position : / but monrning it said it was 35 .. but actualy its 39
PS : i killed cookies and checked manual also from google.com
