Is there a problem today? All my sites are showing N/A for PR (definitely not true) and most have no rankings.

I used to love this service but I feel like it is becoming more and more unstable/unreliable as time goes on. Not sure why. All the time my ranks show "0" when they actually are ranking. I often see the server error message and I can go up to 6-7 hours without any rank updates when before it used to be 30 minutes at most until a rank update. My last update shows 9:03am and it is now almost 2pm here.

When the ranks show up "0" can't you make it recheck rather than waiting till the next update which can be hours later?

It's also very unstable at night time (when I actually check it) since I work a night shift. Also I often get incorrect rankings displayed and now I find myself verifying the serpbook ranks more and more often. Not sure what's going on here, it's the only reason I haven't upgraded my package yet!

Hey, we apologize for the temporarily downtime - it was due to the upgrading of our hosting today to a stronger server.

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for being a loyal customer. Since we started, the amount of keywords we have needed to check per hour has grown from 2000 to almost 20000. We have been working very hard from working on new upgrades and features to increasing our server capacity to satisfy all of our customer needs. Although there has been some bumps along the way, we will have everything fixed within the next week or so.

As for the night time problem, this is because SerpBook updates its BackLinks, PageRank, Yahoo, and Bing at 12am EST increasing the server load.

We've just increased the strength of our server once again and this should eliminate some of the downtime.

I'll send you a PM regarding your ranking error and we'll resolve it together.

Might have been a good idea to come on here and post that just prior to beginning and approx how long it was expected to last?

One question though, am i the only one that cant delete categories? At least i cant on the laptop i am on right now...

Another thing that can be improved:

When you hide a column in Settings to not be displayed on the web, downloading the PDF column is still displayed and you should not do (that's why we have hidden).
