500 follows? i used to do 1200 follows per day and let's not talk abt the likes the sky was the limit

Yes, you can do more, I have done 1000 follows in 2021 not even in 2015, but the account will get banned, it's about the long term run, we used to follow 500 and 600 users per day for months with no action block or verifications.

I want to try it but I don't find the time atm to start it. Bit busy with other things. Currently work 15 hours a day to stay afloat
