I really hate leaving a negative review and I always try to solve the issues that might happen with the seller. That being said, recently we had to change our main supplier of accounts, so naturally I've been testing multiple providers to find a main supplier from which we can buy accounts in bulk. We have been in the fb ads industry for 7 years and know how the game works.
By looking for new suppliers, I saw that there are a few suppliers selling Mexican accounts, PremiumAds being one of them. I have decided to buy from a few, this supplier being the first(even though the accounts sold by him being the most expensive, but being on the market for a longer time I thought he has more experience). I made an order for 5 accounts just to test and see the quality before we commit for more. My first disappointment with this supplier was the fact that we had to wait 3 weeks to get our accounts after the payment was made. He kept saying that he had some busy weekends, then that the electricity was down in Mexico(which I was very understanding of, unfortunate things happen) so overall we had to wait around 3-4 weeks to get the accounts.
Once the accounts were provided they didn't have any AD accounts created and he asked if I could wait a bit more until he's VA finishes setting up the accounts, or I could do it myself. I have decided doing it myself since I've been already waiting for 3-4 weeks.
The 2nd disappointment was that as soon as I created the first ad account on 2 different accounts, they were logged out(most likely for suspicious activity), no other action was done on the accounts besides trying to create an ad account. On another account as soon as I tried to launch our WH warmup ads, the account got logged out as well. So we only managed from 5 accounts, to start the WH ads on 2 accounts only. Also these 2 accounts were being logged out constantly but the login details were saved in the MLA profiles for these 2 accounts so we could get back in.
I told the supplier what happened with 3 of the accounts, and after a few days he only managed to log back into 1 account and give us back access. Anyway, after the warmup was done on the 2 remaining accounts that had no issues, I started our money ads and as soon as I've published the ads both accounts went down. (1 was logged out instantly, and the other one got the ad account suspended for suspicious activity asking for identity confirmation). Now our ads are really not aggressive since our vertical is more soft and acceptable by fb and we usually get spends of around 10-100k per ad account.(sometimes fb is a bitch and some accounts do go down faster but never like this)
In conclusion I have been very patient and I tried to be reasonable with every motive he gave us for the delay, but the accounts most likely were just added on the MLA profile even though they were real, but every serious farmer/account supplier knows that you have to warm-up the accounts for 2-3 weeks on a new device, before you start creating business managers/ad accounts/fb pages.
I don't know if our experience was just unfortunate and maybe this supplier in other circumstances delivers the accounts promptly and in order.
