You can enter any custom US name/address for the card. Just fill out the address needed on the "billing" address of checkout.

Hello, these cards are pre-loaded with funds. However, they cannot be reloaded. Once empty, you would have to purchase another card to use additional funds.

Hello, currently not working for etsy as they have the strictest standard levels for cards. We are working on having 3D secure cards soon, which should work on etsy
