One of my sites keeps rejected too many times that caused review can only be done on Jun 2, 2020.
Then
I ordered on 21 April, and yesterday I re-submit my site, guess what, today the site is finally approved. It only takes 2 days of him working on my site, and 1 day waiting for approval then I got an email site is ready to serve ads. lol

This guy really knows the tricks to get your site approved for Adsense.

Hi, I bought an expensive site from Flippa last month with high traffic but it always declined when submit with the vague "We’ve found some policy violations on your site which means that your site isn’t ready to show ads yet. Make sure your site follows the AdSense Program Policies" message, which usually comes about 12 hours after.

The previous owner says the site is fine and there is no ban, but there's no way for me to know 100% for sure.
Is there a way to find out? Do you offer such a service?
Country of account: Egypt
Also for the payment: do you accept regular wire transfer, because PayPal doesn't work in my country.

I ordered about two weeks ago. In the beginning the guy was okay and was responding. That was the first couple of days, he then started to offer me discounts for me to order more websites (up to 30% discount he said), I then specified that I would order more maybe and just maybe once the current work was done, guy said ok, and didn't say anything else.

It is been now two weeks and no work has been done on the website, it is as plain as I had given it to him in the begging.

I wrote 4 days ago asking for an update, guy did not respond and seemed to block me too. (He got online and read it right when I sent it)

I wrote today again and he deleted the entire conversation (telegram).

Guy is fishy as hell...

I have been talking with sharyqkhan and we have figured out that it was an impostor, the impostor himself does a very good job, he expresses himself just like sharyqkhan does on this thread, and he even replies to questions regarding adsense, and gives you his protocol in the begging too, I think he only attempts to scam after 2-3 days when he comes back to you asking if you'd like a coupon for a second or more purchases, since I declined I sadly couldn't see what method of payment this guy would have tried to use on me, of course, if someone tries to make you pay in some way that is not through the methods posted by sharyqkhan they are probably an impostor and trying to scam you, avoid at all costs!

Anyway, will return in some weeks with a review of how the service went!
